Upload your space easily using the landlord dashboard. We will keep in contact with you to ensure that key details such as current availability remain up to date.

We find you suitable occupiers

We pre-qualify all prospective occupiers before we introduce them to your space in order to mitigate risk as much as possible.

Flat fees when your space is let

If our introduction is successful, you would typically pay us 10% of the contract value (in flex deals) and up to 10% of the annual headline rent in traditional lets.

How to get started

You can add your properties online using our landlord dashboard.

All you will need to get the process started is:

  • The location
  • Details and description of your flexible space
  • Type of property (retail, office) 
  • Good quality photographs
  • Number of desks available (if office) or floor area (traditional office lets or retail)
  • Pricing (Per month, Per desk/ Month, Per Annum etc)
